Never commented any of your viedos, but wanted to tell you yours are some of the best explanations on AOE 2 theory and practice i've ever saw and they have made my ELO go up from like 800 to 1100 in just some months. A lot of high profile players have their build orders and tutorials out there, but none give as good of an explanation about the logic behind decision making for each context. Thank you.

I don't get how the stonewall block is better than the fishing ship block or the dock block. Isn't it worse because it's further from the dock/eco? Can't they do damage without fighting there? With the other 2 they have to play through it if they want to attack.

Would u say 9 on wood from dark age to feudal would be efficient enough for a scout rush build into CA + Knights? Can I keep 9 on wood the whole time or should I add to 12?

l play DE only, because it had some updates which l wish HD had. Otherwise l'd play HD. And some (not all) new civs l wanted to play. And perhaps multiplayer community, and Agecapture.

I actually hadn't played the game in awhile and forgot I should build a house with 2 vills. I had been queing a villager and loom while building a house with 1 villager and gathering sheep. I wonder if that's part of why I'm always 150 points behind in dark age and lost 100 ELO.

its almost like the samurai are not being portrayed realistically cause they would have been more of a hybrid. Mostly archer and then when things get close switch to a back up sword
